Cancellations
Sacred Purple Swan requests a 48 hour cancellation notification via email in order for participants or clients to receive a full refund via PayPal for any service. Jill Militzer of Sacred Purple Swan will also give a 48 hour notification via email to all clients or participants if need be, along with a full refund through PayPal.
Refunds
All refunds are handled safely and securely through PayPal. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to view an accurate refund statement in your PayPal account. Thank you. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please email Jill directly.
